Open the extension settings:

And search for the variable you want to change, and unchecked/checked it

The variables you should consider are:

intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedTypes 
intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedFunctions         
intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedConstants         
intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedClassConstants 
intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedMethods
