ADB is not recognizing my device

Question

This is not like other questions:

I already have installed:

• ADT
• Samsung Kies 3 (because I have a Samsung Galaxy S5)
• Google USB Driver

For those who already have developer options and USB debugging enabled, make sure you have the latest Samsung driver, which can be downloaded here:
