Failed to resolve: com.google.android.gms:play-services in IntelliJ Idea with gradle

I\'m trying to add google play services to my libGDX project in IntelliJ Idea. I\'ve followed the setup guide here: https://developers.google.com/android/guides/setup

I have found following solution to replace following code

// Top-level build file where you can add configuration options common to all sub-projects/modules.

buildscript {

    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.3'
        classpath 'com.google.gms:google-services:3.2.0'

        // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong
        // in the individual module build.gradle files
    }
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
}

task clean(type: Delete) {
    delete rootProject.buildDir
}

It's work fine for me
