Adb install failure: INSTALL_CANCELED_BY_USER

Question

I try to install app via adb and get a error:

$ ./adb -d install /Users/dimon/Projects/one-place/myprogram/platforms/android/build/outputs/apk/android-debug.

For MIUI OS Device

1) Go to Setting

2) Scroll down to Additional Setting

3) You will find Developer option at bottom

4) Turn this on - Install via USB: Toggle On

By turning this on, It is working charm in my MIUI8 device.
