How to reposition Chrome Developer Tools

The tools are opened on the bottom of the chrome window per default. This is a rather bad choice for a wide screen display since there is plenty of empty space to the right

Looks like this is on the bottom left now as an icon with overlapping windows and the "Undock into separate window." tooltip.
