How to update Pandas from Anaconda and is it possible to use eclipse with this last?

I have installed Python via Anaconda using the doc at http://www.kevinsheppard.com/images/0/09/Python_introduction.pdf and my Pandas version is 0.13.1.

The answer above did not work for me (python 3.6, Anaconda, pandas 0.20.3). It worked with

conda install -c anaconda pandas 

Unfortunately I do not know how to help with Eclipse.
