SoapFault exception: Could not connect to host

Question

Sometimes fail to call the web service.

This problem happens all the time.

What could be the problem?

In my case, disabled SELINUX allow PHP to call my WebService. I run PHP in FPM with Apache2

SELinux status :

# sestatus

Disable SELinux :

setenforce 0

Enable SELinux :

# setenforce 1

Permanent disable :

edit this file /etc/selinux/config
