SoapFault exception: Could not connect to host

Question

Sometimes fail to call the web service.

This problem happens all the time.

What could be the problem?

    SoapFault exception: [HTTP]

In my case service address in wsdl is wrong.

My wsdl url is.

https://myweb.com:4460/xxx_webservices/services/ABC.ABC?wsdl

But service address in that xml result is.

I just save that xml to local file and change service address to.
