Git: Ignore files for public repository, but not for private

    Looks like a you could use mine.

    Basically, it tells git to steer clear of stuff following the convention _mine_ and the tool itself gives you a snapshot, clean, and restore function, not full-fledged versioning, but for personal stuff it does the trick nicely.

    The whole thing's pretty concise.
