If you want to style only the colors of the tooltips do as follow:

.tooltip-inner { background-color: #000; color: #fff; }
.tooltip.top .tooltip-arrow { border-top-color: #000; }
.tooltip.right .tooltip-arrow { border-right-color: #000; }
.tooltip.bottom .tooltip-arrow { border-bottom-color: #000; }
.tooltip.left .tooltip-arrow { border-left-color: #000; }
