XAMPP: Couldn't start Apache (Windows 10)

Question

I\'m using XAMPP, and I can start Apache, but, MySQL (phpMyAdmin) start!

When I start, I get this error;

Check if your PHP installation works.

Check which php.ini file you are running in Apache's configuration and use it to run php.exe...
