Only one way to solve this problem...

First Installed Windows7 Then Install IIS 7 with all features

And then installed Visual Studio 2008 / 2010

I work on visual studio 2008 and 2010 but I never seen this error before.

I can also try on my friend's PC. And also I solve this error.
