I have a variadic function from a third-party C library:

int func(int argc, ...);

argc indicates the number of passed optional

    It is possible to do in GCC using the ##VA_ARGS extension:

    Now PP_NARG(a, b, c) gives 3 and PP_NARG() gives 0.

    Unfortunately I don't see a way to make it work in general.
