String to Bitmap :

        Bitmap bitmap = BitmapFactory.decodeByteArray(encodeByte, 0,
                encodeByte.length);
        return bitmap;

Bitmap to String :

public String BitMapToString(Bitmap bitmap) {
    ByteArrayOutputStream baos = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
