Reason: Eclipse copies from one location to other

Solution: Paths change needed in /Applications/eclipse/Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse.ini

Fix path for plugins\org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.100.v20080509-1800.jar
