Can't parse hibernate.cfg.xml while offline

Question

Whenever I\'m disconnected from the internet, I get the following exception:

org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not parse configuration: com/mashlife/re

in my situation: JBoss AS 7

I check:

and exclude dom4j in pom.xml

    
        org.hibernate
        hibernate-core
        4.1.9-SNAPSHOT
        
            ...........
            
                dom4j
                dom4j
