Eclipse DDMS error “Can't bind to local 8600 for debugger”

I get the following error in Eclipse:

[timestamp - ddms] Can\'t bind to local 8600 for debugger

Why?

Worked for me, based on this answer

In Eclipse go to

Window->Preference->Android->DDMS

Then tick "Use ADBHOST" as "127.0.0.1".

Then just restart eclipse
