Android emulator-5554 offline

Question

I\'m having a problem with emulator-5554, it keeps telling me it is offline.

When I do a adb devices from the command line it says

Enable USB Debugging into your emulator

1. Settings > About Phone > Build number > Tap it 7 times to become developer;
2. Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.
