Android Studio 3.0 - No server to serve request

After clean install of Android Studio I always get the error

Error:java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.RuntimeException: No server t

You can run Android Studio as Admin.

To Do So :

1. Right click
2. choose Run as Administrator
