Intellisense in IntelliJ no longer working

I\'m currently running IntelliJ IDEA 13.1. While running IntelliJ 13 intellisense/autocomplete stopped working. I tried upgrading and it still doesn\'t work.

Settings -> Editor -> General -> Code Completion
