How can I force users to access my page over HTTPS instead of HTTP?

I just created a .htaccess file and added :

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

Simple !
