Bootstrap4 dropdown only works in the second click

I am working on a django project, that is using bootstrap4 and I\'m with a little problem with dropdown toggler.

Agree with Iwan B. In Rails in javascripts I left only bootstrap.bundle.js. In Gemfile add gem 'popper_js', '~> 1.14.5', respectively in application.js we should add //= require popper
