Install wxPython in osx 10.11

Question

When I try to install wxPython, it shows an error:

> The Installer could not install the software because there was no
> software found to in

For me it worked simply by using brew:

brew install wxpython

I'm surprised no one else posted the same answer!

PS: I'm on El Capitan, 10.11.3
