RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1.php [L,QSA]

if this not work then your sever do not have mod_rewrite activated or support url rewriting.
