How to decompile an Access database?

Any time I try to decompile my access DB it says:

‘MSACCESS.EXE’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Here is the command I am using to decompile my DB:
C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE /decompile.

What am I doing wrong?
