skip 这个的用法，不太好理解。自己写的时候，感觉这东西能干嘛呢，自己写的用例，干嘛要加skip。后来才理解到，当自己写的用例，因为需求的变动，或者其他因素的影响，导致用例不需要再执行的时候，就可以加上skip，里面的reason写好注释，这样就可以了

skipif就好理解了，满足条件的时候，才跳过执行，不满足的时候就不执行。

这两个用法比较简单，就不一一列举例子了。
