gitlab用集成版本打包办法

1、集成版本的用git用户备份
sudo su git 到 /安装路径/gitlab-8.9.6-0/apps/gitlab/htdocs/
这个目录下执行备份和恢复命令
bundle exec bin/rake gitlab:backup:create RAILS_ENV=production
