Remove index.php from url after removing web folder from frontend and backend in yii2

I want to remove index.php from url. I put .htaccess in the root and wrote the following lines in common/config/main-local.php.
But every url is redirected to backend.

My .htaccess file:

RewriteEngine on
# If a directory or a file exists, use it directly
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
# Otherwise forward it to index.php
RewriteRule . index.php 

My common/config/main-local.php file:

In .htaccess file(put .htaccess in frontend/web and backend/web )

And in frontend/config/main.php and backend/config/main.php:
