From Thirdviewcontroller to FirstViewcontroller

I have two navigationviewcontroller in my story board.

Firstviewcontroller linked to firstnavigationcontroller. ThirdViewcontroller linked to second navigationcontroller. Then I want to know how to go from thirdviewcontroller to firstviewcontroller.
