I am trying to work on RSA public key generation using libtomcrypt library for my school project. But I am unable to load the library in Cooja using Contiki OS.
I tried to compile the file I need into an object file and load it in .csc file.

Contiki uses GNU make based system. There is a Makefile for each application. To add extra files to your application, change the Makefile.
If it's just one file you need to add:
PROJECT_SOURCEFILES += rsa_get_size.c
If it's a whole directory of .c files, let's say tomcrypt in the application's folder:
