问题 I've been testing my application to see how well it works when run by a non-administrative user, and I have found problems with file handling. I am getting an UnauthorizedAccessException when trying to overwrite a file, if the file was created by and adminstrative user. When writing out the file I first create the file as a .tmp file, then use File.Copy to overwrite the original. The .tmp file gets created, but File.Copy fails. My files are written to a public directory ("C:\Documents and

问题 I have a script that needs to run from Software Center when a non-admin is logged in. It needs to copy application data to $ENV:USERNAME\AppData\<dir>\* (among other things) and it needs to run as administrator to work properly. The problem that I've discovered is that when the script is run on a non-admin profile with admin privileges the environment variable $ENV:USERNAME returns the machine name rather than the actual logged in username. Is there a way around this? 回答1: You can either use

What should be changed in the registry entries to work both for admin and non-admin user, when the registration done under HKCU? Thank you 回答1: If

I'm using Inno Setup to deploy an application. For most cases, a per-user installation that doesn't require admin privileges is fine. However, there are scenarios where I need to install the app for all users, e.g. for Citrix or TSE. Unfortunately it doesn't seem possible to

问题 We're evaluating if the Wix installer will be suitable for us in a project. The end user need to be able to install our software without admin rights. The installer needs to work with at least XP/Vista/Windows 7 without admin rights or UAC. I have a hard time finding good documentation and tutorials how this can be done. I have found a couple of old ones but they don't compile with candle/light with the latest Wix version. Does anyone have good examples or tutorials that might help? Thanks in
