问题 I did find a couple of very similar or identical threads here but they seemed to end before full resolution. My app runs fine on my device with no build error. I am trying to submit app for approval and I get the following error, "This bundle is invalid. The executable name, as reported by CFBundleExecutable in the info.plist file may not contain any of these characters ..... +". So I opened my info.plist file and changed the info.plist file executable name from the macro ${EXECUTABLE_NAME}

iOS app submission and beta review process

I'm currently developing an iOS application for a client. The submission review process to the store can often be a lengthy process and is relatively new to me. My client wants to do a beta test using TestFlight as well as submitting the app to the app store afterwards, through XCode and Itunes Connect . Scouring Apple's documentation I can't seem to get a good idea of following: If I want to update an existing application on the store do I have to go through the review process again in full? If I have my app approved for beta testing release through TestFlight, is this taken into

iOS app build not showing up in iTunes Connect

问题 I know there are a lot of questions about this already, but I am fairly certain my question has not been answered yet. I uploaded a build of my iOS app via Application Loader, and that went well. I got to the end with a message of "Done", so I thought it was okay. Then I went to check in iTunes Connect and I cannot see a build ( not even under "Activity" ). I waited for an hour and I retried uploading the build. In Application Loader I now get the error "Redundant Binary Upload", so that

How to delete an app from iTunesConnect / App Store Connect

I submitted a brand new app to AppStore and it got rejected by the Lords ... (nothing new there). What I want to do is delete that app completely from my itunesconnect account. I don't know what apple recently changed but in the past once the app was rejected I use to see a "delete" button on the summary page. Now I don't see one anymore. I even checked Apple official documentation HERE and that too says that I should be able to delete it from appstore using delete button as long as the app is in reject state but the delete button is no where to be found. I already tried removing it from all

问题 I just got an Email this morning saying my Application (Fuel+) is Ready for Sale. So I "Rushed" to my iPhone and typed Fuel+ in the App Store Search to not find my Application not there. Why is my App in iTunes Connect Preview but not in the App Store Search Menu. (This is my first App in the App Store.) 回答1: It takes a while (less than a day) for the App Store to index your application in the search engine. Also, app listings on the app store are ranked based on popularity (number of

Non-public API usage: Apps are not permitted to access the UDID and must not use the uniqueIdentifier method of UIDevice. Please update your apps and servers to associate users with the Vendor or Advertising identifiers introduced in iOS 6. If method names in your source code match the private Apple APIs listed above, altering your method names will help prevent this app from being flagged in future submissions. In addition, note that one or more of the above APIs may be located in a static library that was included with your app. If so, they must be removed. Kindly help me how to i avoid his

update an app which is pending developer release

问题 I have an app which is in pending developer release (approved by Apple). The app was never released at all. Now I wanted to submit an update. Therefore I increased the CFBundleVersion , but he complained. So I increased the CFBundleShortVersionString too. In iTunes Connect I can see under pre-releases my new submission. But in the versions view I see the old release. So how can I approve the update? It would be nice if I could manage the time of the release by myself. So that it stays in

Will submitting a build for TestFlight Beta Testing stop the Final Review Test for the same build?

The new TestFlight integration is great but it is generating a bit of confusion, and now that my app has been in 'Waiting for Review' status for over 10 days, i'm worried i don't fully understand it. I have an app Ver 1.1 Build 567 now selected for 'Final Review for the App Store'. It is currently in the 'Waiting for Review' status. Some time later, i toggled the TestFlight Beta Testing switch for that version and invited a few Internal testers. I have to questions that should seem obvious from reading the documentation but have eluded me so far. will toggling the 'TestFlight Beta Testing'

After submitting my app through Xcode, I see my app with no icon and it says "Uploaded" in the prerelease tab. What should I do? It's been two hours. I validated and submitted without any issues through Xcode. Here's what I see: Update : It's been about another 2 hours and I still see: Update #2 : It's been another 24 hours and nothing! Update #3 : I've contacted iTunes Connect Support addressing this issue and they said they would give me a call after they get in touch with the engineers. Here is what they said through email: I will follow up with you as soon as I have an update. Thank you

How to delete an app which is waiting for upload?

As per apple documentation , We can delete an application which is in a state of waiting for upload. But, how? I searched for the delete button and can't get that. How can a team agent delete it from my itunes connect view? I can't find the delete button in the app details page. Recently I received an email from Apple: Dear DEVELOPER, You have not yet uploaded a binary for your app, TheGreatApp. Our records show that this app was created in iTunes Connect more than 173 days ago. If you do not upload a binary for your app by 13 March 2014 (Pacific Time), it will be deleted from iTunes Connect.
