I'm seeing the following error in iTunes Connect in the in-app purchase section for my app: An In-App Purchase has been returned and is highlighted in the table below All of the in-app purchases for a new app have been rejected. They all show a status of Developer Action Needed . Going to each individual in-app purchase shows an exclamation sign with: Your In-App Purchase has been returned. You must modify or delete the highlighted item. However, it there's no explanation at all of what the error is. This seems to be a problem a lot of developers have just started seeing: https://forums

Adding Sandbox Tester in itunes connect with an existing Apple account

I'm trying to add sandbox testers in itunes connect. But I'm getting this error: "The email address you entered already belongs to an existing Apple account. Please try again." My question for you guys is how can add sand box testers with existing apple account? Currently you cannot. The closest you can get is to use an email sub+address, if your email allows it. Gmail does for sure, others probably do too. So if your normal itunes email is email@gmail.com, then you could set up a sandbox user like email+ios1@gmail.com and then do all the email confirmation and stuff in your normal inbox. This

I've got the following warning while uploading a new version of the application: WARNING ITMS-9000: "Potential Loss of Keychain Access. The previous version of software has an application-identifier value of ['52T2NMS37N.com.(my-app-id)'] and the new version of software being submitted has an application-identifier of ['FCGA72C62G.com.(my-app-id). This will result in a loss of keychain access. For more information, please consult (url)". The issue may be because the application was transferred into another account. The build was uploaded with the warning, but what does it mean? OrdoDei From

I have a really big problem. I developed 3 applications 2 for IOS and 1 for mac osx to encrypt files using RNCryptor (witch is a CCCryptor (AES encryption) wrappers). The applications was rejected twice, and they send this to me in the resolution center(twice): ----- PLA 2.3 ----- We found that your Application Description states that it encrypts data. However, your app does not have Export Compliance, which does not comply with the iOS Developer Program License Agreement, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. Section 2.3 of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement specifies, "You

Where to find Apple's new command-line delivery tool Transporter? [closed]

I received the following email from Apple: You can now deliver your app's In-App Purchase and Game Center metadata to the App Store using Transporter, Apple’s command-line delivery tool. To deliver with Transporter, you must use App Store packages, which are directories that contain your app's In-App Purchase and Game Center metadata and assets. You can also use Transporter to look up your existing app's metadata to retrieve the data in the correct XML format. This can help you to familiarize yourself with the XML format, and make it easier to update your In-App Purchases and Game Center

I have never had a problem submitting a non Newsstand App with Auto-Renewable Subscriptions. But I just started seeing this error when I try to submit app for review: Free and Auto-Renewable In-App Purchase subscriptions are only available for apps with Newsstand enabled. Remove this In-App Purchase before you disable Newsstand. Anyway to get around this error without delete "Auto-Renewable In-App Purchase subscriptions" ? I just was on the phone with apple developer support. They said that this is a known issue with itunes connect and they are hoping to resolve it by the middle of today. (we

Status of app ready for sale still 9 June.. Like in there https://discussions.apple.com/message/8147141 App link : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/yupek-mebel/id884771427?ls=1&mt=8 After your app status changes to 'Ready for Sale' you will get official mail from Apple. The mail itself states that it might take 24 hours before your App is available on AppStore. If it takes more than days then contact Apple. Refer below screenshot. You have to go to the "Pricing" menu. Even if the availability date is in the past, sometimes you have to set it again for today's date. Apple doesn't tell you to do

New build disappears after uploading it to iTunes Connect

I'm trying to upload a build to iTunesConnect with Xcode 8. Xcode shows me that the uploading is successful. In Activity tab of iTunesConnect I see that my build is appears and it's marked as "processing...". But after a few minutes this build disappears and I cannot find it anywhere. I tried to upload it again by Xcode 8, but it says the build is already uploaded to iTunesConnect. So when I tried to upload build with increased version it says OK, but I still cannot see the build in iTunesConnect. I tried to upload with Application Loader, but there is the same issue. App uses https - what is the correct value of ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption

The ONLY encryption my App uses is calls over HTTPS. Currently (7 June 2017) iTunes Connect requires an Export Compliance according to this information in iTunes Connect. I've entered the iTunesConnect -> My Apps -> Features -> Encryption page, clicked the plus symbol besides "iOS Documentation" and in the Export Compliance form answered YES. The following two screen shots show more details of the export compliance box as I scroll down. The last 2 screen shots suggest using HTTPS is an EXEMPT use of encryption and I should therefore in info.plist set ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption=false. But

I am going to submit my first App to App Store. In XCode Product -> Archive and validate the project I am getting the error: No accounts with iTunes Connect access have been found for the team... iTunes connect access is required for App Store distribution. How to solve my problem? Solution 1: Quit Xcode completely and re-open it to resolve the problem. Solution 2: Please verify if it's App Store distribution profile or not. If yes then try to login to Xcode with your apple Id which has access to iTunes Connect or App Store Connect . While validating the archive file please choose the same
